Creating workplaces that work for everyone is always the right and smart thing to do. It’s never been more important or challenging, especially in our rapidly changing environment.

This year’s theme of International Women’s Day, Accelerate Action, encourages us to build a diverse, equitable and inclusive future. At Cefetra, like at other companies for sure as well, our most valuable asset is our people – employees. And it is with that mix of people in the right roles and work environment that we have built our business and will continue to grow it. Not always getting it right but always engaging in the conversation how we can do better, how we can do it differently – to be able to move forward.

IWD is a crucial opportunity to elevate and amplify the focus on gender equality. It belongs to all groups, everywhere.
But remember, all IWD activity is valid. That’s what makes IWD inclusive, not exclusive.
