After thirteen years as part of BayWa, we are entering a new phase for our company today as the sale to a consortium of investors has just been closed.
The past period has been turbulent and one we have had to navigate carefully and responsibly. During this time, we have continued to experience the trust of our customers and suppliers. At the same time, our teams have remained committed and focused despite the uncertainty around them. Your dedication and loyalty say a great deal about who we are as a company, and it makes me very proud.
As we look ahead, I feel positive about the future. Our new consortium of investors supports our strategy and long-term direction which gives me confidence that we can continue to build on our strong foundation and heritage.
