This time in the spotlight: Tamanna Chandhiok, Group ESG Reporting Manager at Cefetra Group: “I am responsible for leading our sustainability reporting across the organization. In collaboration with the sustainability team, I also support target setting, strategy development and data improvement initiatives to help drive our sustainability ambitions forward.”

“I care about making sustainability real, practical and measurable. My role gives me the chance to turn data into something meaningful – to support better decisions, stronger targets and honest communication.
