This time in the spotlight: Joselene Katayama, Sustainability Manager at Royal Ingredients Group: “I am responsible for developing the sustainability strategy and further improving our sustainability performance across Royal Ingredients Group. Since we are a global company, I’m currently focusing on building collaboration across our international offices and strengthening our relationships with our trading partners to achieve our sustainability goals.”
