This time in the spotlight: Laura-Camille Cyr, LL.M., Sustainability Officer at Royal Ingredients Group B.V. Holland.
“People often ask why I work in sustainability when my background is in human rights, because they tend to associate sustainability only with environmental concerns. While the environment is of critical importance, recognizing the interdependence of environmental and social sustainability is essential to promoting a sustainable future. Therefore, my focus is on promoting business practices that mutually support the well-being of personnel and communities involved in our supply chain.”
